Comments: I have purchased twice from Bayou Fitness. The first time last August and the 2nd time a few weeks ago. I learned about Bayou Fitness from a friend after she gave glowing reviews about how quickly she received her equipment. I ordered the Total Trainer back in August and called to ask a few questions regarding which machine to get in terms of my height. Since I was borderline the lady on the phone suggested I go with the larger model but I went with the smaller one anyhow. Listen to these people! They are very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. Needless to say I had to return and exchange my machine. Very easy and hassle free! I barely had to do anything. They exchanged it with no questions asked. I thought maybe I had just gotten lucky but their customer service was still excellent when I purchased a treadmill from them this past month. I made my order online and received it with 3 days of shipping!

Comments: I just received my machine a few days ago so keep in mind, I am just reviewing the merchant. The service I received was excellent. Bayou Fitness communicated via email in a very timely and professional manner. I received my machine within 4 days of purchasing! Super fast!! My machine came double boxed. I know many a box that has been left to the abuses of shipping companies only to come to me in shreds so I really appreciated the extra effort.
