Portable Combination Heater and Air Conditioner 14, 000 BTU Cooling Unit With Heat Pump Which Includes a Flexible Exhaust Hose and Window Installation Kit This air conditioner is the highest BTU portable heating and cooling unit available that uses a standard wall outlet with 115 volts.
