The patented Don't Fret Finger Position Indicator is a decal which applies to the fingerboards of string instruments and which shows beginning students where to put their fingers. Twelve colored lines are arranged in a scale pattern and indicate the notes of the first octave above the open string. Don't Fret is mathematically designed and is precision-printed on vinyl, with an overlay of transparent ink for durability. Guidelines are printed to help properly align the Don't Fret on the fingerboard. In classes the Don't Fret has lasted more than one year. The decal removes absolutely cleanly from the instrument.

This auction is for the Violin in the pictures. I bought it for research. Very nice violin Item code Violin E Set up with Chinese strings. This violin has not been played in many months and may need some very slight adjustments. First, a comment on my violin set up person. His name is Vadim, and he is from Russia. He lives here in the USA now and is a professional Violist here in Denver. His knowledge and expertise are immense, and I trust his judgment on all things violin or viola. A very good man that has set up and rated several dozen of my violins so far and he seems to be precise on his ratings. He says "5 Balls" for what I say, "5 Stars". All the Generation 5 (G5) and G6 violins have been 4 or 5 stars. If he rates a violin at "5 Stars" it is very good sound. 4 Stars, would be ok sound, but missing something to make it great. These 4 star instruments still sound good, and with playing in, over time may end up as exceptional! 5 Stars means a great sounding violin, and I label it as "Exceptional". All Sime
