In most cases, The Copper and Scale Stuff is more effective than acid washing the pool, and will save both time and money (and possibly the environment!). For heavy pool copper staining, additional treatments may be necessary.

The Purple Stuff is the stain preventative of choice, and a must product for salt (chlorine) generator pools.
