And most importantly, this Turnout is 100% waterproof, and highly breathable. Other features include: Padding at the withers, seamless back, removable tail cover, detachable adjustable elastic leg straps, adjustable criss-cross belly straps plus a removable belly band to provide additional coverage for the temperature changes and weather conditions.
