Officially licensed by one of the most recognized names in the gun industry, the Colt M4A1 by King Arms is probably one of the best looking M4 models we have seen in its class. The Colt trademarks on this rifle are actually stamped into its receiver, not painted on like some other models. Its furniture is constructed from reinforced Nylon Fiber instead of cheap plastic which looks and feels extremely realistic. And, the rifles receiver is finished in a matte gun metal gray which looks so good you honestly have to tap on it before you realize it is polymer and not metal. It of course has the standard features you would typically find on a traditional M4 AEG such as a six position telescoping stock, functional dust cover, removable carry handle and adjustable front and rear sights. This rifle does have an array of metal parts to include the one piece barrel, front sight, front sling mount, delta ring, dust cover, charging handle, mag catch, forward assist and buffer tube all of which have it weighing in at just under 6 lbs. The King Arms Colt M4A1 feels exceptionally solid and very sturdy. Between this rifles top notch appearance and top shot performance, it quickly became one of our all time favorites. This spring-piston gun is large and very serious, with a muzzle velocity in .177 of 1200 fps. The black synthetic stock has a recoil pad. If you're looking for an air rifle to hunt with, this one is tough to beat. Excellent open sights with fiber-optic inserts. It comes with a terrific little scope.
