Detailed 1/72 scale assembly model kit of the Noorduyn C-64A Norseman, a versatile single-engine bush plane developed in the mid 1930's by the Noorduyn Aircraft Ltd of Canada. Designed by Robert B.C. Noorduyn, the Norseman was originally developed as a bush plane that can operate in remote regions where paved landing surfaces were unavailable. Originally fitted with floats, the C-64A could easily be modified to be equipped with fixed landing gear or skis to meet specific mission requirements. During the Second World War, the Norseman saw service as military utility transports with the Royal Canadian Air Force and the United States Army Air Forces.
