The thermometers clear, UV-shield protected screen conveys the current temperature in large black digits in the center of the screen. With a temperature accuracy of +/-1.5 degrees F, the thermometer measures temperatures ranging from -13 to +158 degrees F. Additionally, the thermometer tracks the minimum and maximum temperatures and resets daily with an internal clock. The minimum temperature is displayed in small digits below the current temperature and resets at 8 PM, while the maximum temperature is posted above the current temperature and resets at 8 AM. For operation, the thermometer requires the separate purchase and installation of one AAA battery.
