Our Fergus Cherry Furniture Collection is made of solid cherry wood with an espresso stain to match any decor! This sturdy bed features molded edges on the head- and footboard and can be mounted flush against your bedroom wall. Each standard size below includes headboard with mounting screws, shorty footboard, side rails, and reinforced mattress slats. Sturdy 100% mortise & tenon construction meaning each log end is tenoned to fit inside a hole drilled in an adjoining log and then bolted together. While some beds look like they are entirely mortise & tenon, they may not be. Our beds are built entirely of mortise and tenon construction! This technique is used to assemble the headboard. Stout 2 9/16" in diameter and 2" in length tenons. That's larger than most any other log furniture company uses.
