High quality, handmade bassinets are still available for your nursery. At Michaels Classics we still build bassinets the old-fashioned way. All framing is cut and shaped in our own wood shop using American hard-woods. The raw material, (real, imported wicker, the finest available) is woven by hand around a wooden mold to insure a uniform weave. Our bassinets have been tested, and meet, or exceed ASTM F2194-Standard Consumer Safety Specifications for bassinets and cradles. Our goal is to build future heirlooms that will be kept in the family, and passed down to future generations.

A simple soild wood bassinet hand crafted by the Amish from Oak. Finished in a natural danish oil/ linseed oil mix or unfinished. Comes with an organic cotton/ wool latex mattress. Optional wheeled base (one side locking wheels the other free). Optional bassinet bumper as well.
