39232 This wool top pad has a top layer of heavy, custom weave, 100% New Zealand wool that is long-lasting, durable and good looking with oil tan wear leathers. The middle layer contains 1/2" memory foam that conforms easily and is temperature-sensitive. It continuously molds and conforms to the shape of the horse's back while maintaining its density, then rebounds to its original shape when pressure is removed. This minimizes pressure points and relieves body stress. It is "open cell", allowing airflow in and out of the cells while pulling sweat away from the horse. The 5/8" orthopedic-grade bottom soaks up moisture, allowing heat to dissipate away from the horse's back. Felt is washable.
