Brand new (not antique, please) this Lady of the Lake is reminiscent of the Art Deco or perhaps Art Nouveau era. From the tip of her gown to the top of the mirror, it measures 11-1/2 inches. The mirror portion, which is really just used to frame her, is 7 inches in diameter. The whole thing is 1/2 inch thick and it weighs 1-1/2 pounds. There is a designer hook at the top so it is ready to hang, and the back is covered in a brown velveteen like material. Now to the fun part! Made from cold cast resin, this is absolutely gorgeous! Her face, hair, and body are resin, made to look like ivory. She's creamy colored and in her hands, she holds a great big "diamond"...it's even faceted and it is crystal clear, something the photo couldn't capture. Her gown dips right through the frame of the mirror and is "embroidered" in a fleur-de-lis pattern along the edge. Her gown is gold colored, like the mirror frame. The entire piece is made to look old and be reminscent of the 1920's. It's darling and extremely well done!
